Art Group

Kelso Art group is a small group of friendly folk from Kelso and surrounding areas who share an interest in practising art and crafts. We range from complete beginners to accomplished artists. Members work in a range of styles and media including pencil, oil paints, watercolours, acrylics and pastels.

We meet once a week to enjoy our hobby and share ideas. It’s a great place to try something new as there’s always someone around with advice and help. Some days, members follow an instructional DVD or set up a still life. We also hold occasional day-long workshops with guidance from an artist tutor.

We meet on Thursday mornings (10am till 12noon) in the Coffee Room at the Abbey Row Centre.
